To achieve the objectives of the study, questionnaires were distributed to the teachers of a sample of (72) male and female students with learning difficulties in the third and fourth grades enrolled in resource rooms. The members of the study sample were chosen from 6 schools: (3 boys’ schools and 3 girls’ schools) during the second semester of the academic year 2016-2017. After conducting the statistical analysis, it was evident that the level of depression among students with learning disabilities was average, and that there were no statistically significant differences at statistical significance (α≤0.05) in the level of depression among the students with learning difficulties depending on the variables of grade and gender. Recommendations are made to provide humanitarian initiatives aimed at reducing depression among students with learning disabilities. Additionally, provision should be made to prepare the staff of educational institutions to deal with students with learning disabilities.</p>}, number={2}, journal={Journal of Education and e-Learning Research}, author={Abuzaid, Haitham Yusuf}, year={2021}, month={Feb.}, pages={125–134} }
